Nuri the firefly loves to draw with her light. Tap the numbered dots in order, or slide a finger from dot to dot, and Nuri flies along, leaving a glowing line behind her. Join the last dot and the hidden picture fills with colour and comes alive: the star twinkles, the fish swims and the rocket lifts off. A calm connect-the-dots game for kids that practises number order, counting and fine motor skills. Free, with no ads in the game and no sign-up.

How to play

  1. Find dot 1 and tap it. Nuri the firefly flies there.
  2. Tap the next number, or slide your finger from dot to dot. Nuri’s light draws the line.
  3. Stuck? Wait a moment and the next dot gently glows.
  4. Join the last dot and the picture fills with colour and comes alive!
  5. Earn stars to open new pictures and new colours for Nuri’s light.

Controls

  • Tap or click the next dot. You can also press and slide from dot to dot to draw the line in one go.
  • Keyboard: Space or Enter joins the next dot.
  • Pick how to count (1 2 3, 2 4 6 or A B C) and how many dots (up to 10, 20 or 30) in the bar above the picture.

Tips and strategy

  • Look for the dot with the green ring: that is where every picture starts.
  • Say each number out loud as you tap it. It turns the game into counting practice.
  • Can’t find the next number? Wait a moment: the next dot glows softly to show the way.
  • Tapped the wrong dot? It just wiggles. There is nothing to lose, so try again.
  • Bigger pictures give more stars: 2 stars for 10 dots, 4 for 20 dots and 6 for 30 dots.
  • Collect stars to open new pictures and new colours for Nuri’s light, including a rainbow line.

Game modes and difficulty

Choose 1–10 for little ones, then 1–20 or 1–30 when they count further. “2 4 6” practises counting by twos, and “A B C” follows the alphabet from A to Z. There are 12 pictures, from a star and a heart to a dinosaur and a castle, and 6 light colours to unlock. There is no timer and no way to fail.

History and background

Dot-to-dot puzzles have been printed in children’s activity books for generations. Joining numbered dots helps children learn number order and trains the hand-eye control they will later use for writing, and the surprise picture at the end makes them want to finish.

Nuri and every picture are drawn in code, with no photos or downloads. Sound is off until you turn it on; then each dot plays a soft rising note. Your stars, unlocked colours and the gallery of finished pictures are saved only in your browser.
